Monitoring and Auto-Fix
Monitoring that fixes common failures
Checks run from outside your network, so a server that goes down completely is still detected. Monitors attached to a server can try a safe fix before alerting you.
Port
TCP connection checks for databases, mail servers and other services.
SSL certificate
Expiry alerts for any host and port, well before browsers show a warning.
DNS record
Alerts when a record disappears or no longer contains the expected value.
Domain expiry
Registration expiry dates read directly from the registry.
Server health
Disk, memory and load on connected servers, from metrics collected every five minutes.
A failure must repeat before it counts, so a single blip is not an outage. Each outage becomes an incident with its start time and what the check saw, and alerts go out by email or webhook.
Auto-Fix restarts stopped services, reloads PHP-FPM or the web server, or frees disk space, at most three times a day per monitor. The alert waits about a minute and is sent if the fix does not work.
Security
How your credentials are handled
What the platform stores, how it is protected and how each secret is used.
SSH credentials
Passwords and keys are encrypted before they are stored and are never shown again. Each server’s host key is pinned on the first connection, and a changed key stops the connection.
Sudo passwords
Stored encrypted and passed to sudo on standard input, never on the command line where other users on the server could read them.
Backup storage keys
Stored encrypted and used only to sign short-lived links. Keys are never sent to your servers, and archives upload straight from your server to your bucket.
No agent
Nothing is installed on your servers. Everything runs over the SSH connection you configure, and if you cancel, your servers stay exactly as they are.

It does not deploy your application code or manage domains and DNS. Certificates and firewall rules change only when you run the playbook that sets them up.
It is not a web terminal. Commands run to completion and are recorded; nothing is interactive.
It never reboots a server, deletes your data, changes firewall rules or rolls back a deployment on its own.
It does not support Windows. Commands run on any Linux server, and each playbook lists the distributions it supports.

Frequently asked questions
Do you sell or host servers?
No. You connect servers you already have, from any provider, over SSH. Your account with your provider stays exactly as it is.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new account starts with a 7-day free trial and no card: one server, three monitors and 25 Command Runner runs, with playbooks, templates, monitoring, Auto-Fix, backups and restore tests all included. Inviting other people needs a paid plan. There is no free plan after the trial.
What happens when the trial ends?
Nothing is deleted, and everything already on your server keeps running. Monitor checks, scheduled backups and restore tests pause, and you cannot start new runs until you choose a plan, which picks everything up where it stopped.
Does the platform need root access?
It can connect as root or as a user with sudo, with or without a sudo password, which you can store encrypted with the credential. It detects which applies when it checks the server, and tells you if an account cannot become root.
Which servers are supported?
Any Linux server you can reach over SSH can be connected and can run commands. Playbooks and templates support Ubuntu 22.04 and later, Debian 12 and later, and RHEL-compatible 8 and later (AlmaLinux, Rocky Linux, RHEL, CentOS Stream and Oracle Linux), and most also run on Amazon Linux 2023. Each one lists the exact versions it accepts.
Can it set up a firewall and Fail2Ban?
Yes, when you run the Advanced Security playbook. It leaves a firewall the server already has alone, or turns on ufw or firewalld with SSH and the ports you choose open, adds a Fail2Ban jail for SSH, and puts back the settings it changed if any check fails. Auto-Fix never changes firewall rules.
How do I avoid breaking every server at once?
Every run is checked on each server first and can be dry-run. With a canary, one server goes first and the run waits for your confirmation before the rest continue in batches, which stop when failures pass the limit you set.
What happens if I cancel?
Your servers keep running as they are, because nothing on them depends on the platform. Your plan runs until the end of the period you paid for; after that, automation, monitoring and backups stop, and backups already in your own storage stay there.
Can you see my data?
The platform stores what it needs to reach your servers, encrypted, plus run output, monitoring results and backup records. Backup archives go from your server to your own storage, and restore tests run on your server.
